2or 3 Normal size cucumber(peeled if desired), chopped roughly,

6or 7 Orange color Chery tomatoes3 tomatoes for topping (cut them four pieces) and rest of the tomatoes for salad mixture, chopped roughly,
1/2Tin of sweet corndrained and rinsed,
For dressing (Salad's Souce):
3Tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
1,5Tablespoonsgrape vinegar
1Tablespoonpomegranate soursyrup,
1/2Lemon juice
1Teaspoonof ground black pepper
1Teaspoonof red pepper flakes
1Teaspoonof salt
For Topping:
1/2Tin of sweet corndrained and rinsed,
1/2Cupshredded Turkish white cheese(or feta cheese, or Parmesan cheese),
1/2Teaspoonof red pepper flakes
1/2Teaspoonof ground black pepper
Instructions
1- First of all, put your all ingredients on your work table. Then, wash all ingredients (vegetables and herbs) well. Then, combine chopped green lettuce leaves, red lettuce leaves, parsley leaves, dill leaves, green onions, normal onions, chery tomatoes, cucumber and 1/2 tin of sweet corn in a large bowl. Mix all of them very well.
2- For dressing: In a small bowl whisk extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, pomegranate sour, lemon juice, ground black pepper and red pepper flakes. Then, pour dressing over salad mixture and toss.
3- For topping: put salad mixture into serving plate and then sprinkle the shredded cheese, rest of the sweet corn over the salad mixture. And, don't forget to sprinkle ground black pepper and red pepper flakes over the salad mixture.
4- Serve it as lunch or side dish with dinner!
