Super Easy Carrot Calls Recipe

  • 5 Normal size carrots
  • 1 or 2 Packages biscuits petit beurre - tea biscuits,
  • 1 Tablespoon butter (if you want, you can use vegetable oil or olive oil. But butter is better for this recipe),
  • 5-6 Tablespoons Granulated sugar
  • 1 Normal size orange just use its grated skin, (or if you want, you can use lemon),
  • 1 Cup crashes walnuts (if you want, you can use hazelnut),
  • 1,5 or 2 Teaspoons Vanilla extract (nearly 5 gr),
  • 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon

For over:

  • 1/2 or 1 Cup Nutmeg powder (if you want, you can use pistachio-nut or chocolate sauce instead of the nutmeg powder),


  • 1- First of all, put your all ingredients on your kitchen container. Then peel and grate your carrots and put them inside the pot with butter and granulated sugar. Then, saute carrots until tender (until water evaporates at low heat).
  • 2- After cooked wait a little to make your carrot mixture colder because you will knead it with your hands. Meanwhile, blend your walnuts in the blender. Then, put your blended walnuts, grated orange, cinnamon and vanilla extract inside and mix all of them.
  • 3- Then, crumbled all biscuits to the very small pieces (or blend them in the blender) and put them inside carrots. In this part you should use your hands and knead it.
  • 4- Now, your carrot dough is ready! And take some pieces and make it ball shape in your palm. We mean that create small carrot balls with your hands. Then, place coconuts into a large plate. And cover it with the coconuts. (If you want, you can also cover it with pistachio-nut or chocolate sauce. So you can have colorful balls).
  • 5- Then, place carrot biscuits balls in a container with the lid. Keep it at the refrigerator at least 2 hours. After this process, place the carrot biscuits balls on to serving plate and serve.
