Beef Sausage Rolls

These beef sausage rolls are full of flavors, pastry is light and flakey. Takes about 45 minutes to make.
1 pound ground beef
1 1/2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped finely)
1 top fresh sage (diced)
1 tbsp bread crumbs (dried)
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/3 cup water

2 rolls all-butter puff pastry sheets

Heat oven to 400F

Mix your ingredients together in a bowl

Cut pastry sheets to your desired size of sausage rolls

Place 2 ice cream scoops of fill on a strip of puff pastry and roll it up

Use parchment paper on a cookie pan and place all the sausage rolls on it

Use 1 egg for egg washing the top of the sausage rolls

Bake for 30-35 minutes

Cool for 5 minutes
