Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 1 large egg room temp
- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 - 2 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Line 2 - 3 baking sheets with parchment paper
- Beat butter and sugar together
- Add egg, vanilla + almond extract ( beat on high for 1 minute scrapping sides of the bowl and beat until mixed
- Add flour and salt in (low speed) then high until mixed
- Add milk (medium speed) until mixed
- Pipe into 2 inch swirls about 1 inch apart
- Add cherry in the center if you desire
- Chill in fridge about 30 minutes
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Bake 14 to 15 minutes or until edges are golden
- Let cool for 10 minutes
