Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 Tbsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Hungarian Paprika
- 1 Tbsp Steak Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp Salt
- 1 Large White Onion
- 3 Cloves of Garlic
- 1/2 Red Bell Pepper
- 1/2 Green Bell Pepper
- 1/2 Orange Bell Pepper
- 3 Large Potatoes
- 2 6-8 Oz Steak
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Juice of Half a Lemon
- 1 Cup Water
Instructions
- To start this delicious recipe off you want to get your CrocPot out and ready 🙂
- Put your 2 Tbsp olive oil in CrocPot
- Then You want to cut your steaks into bite size pieces
- Put beef into pot
- Next chop all your peppers to preferred size
- Chop your onion to preferred size
- Add both peppers and onion to CrocPot
- Cut potatoes into 1/2in thick pieces
- Mince your 3 cloves of garlic, add to pot as well
- Add in your 1 Cup of water
- Put all seasoning into a bowl and mix well and sprinkle it all over the beef and veggie mix in the pot.
- Last but not least add your lemon juice and give everything a big stir
- Then cover and cook on low for 8 hours
- Or High for 4 hours!
- Remember every time you lift the lid it takes 20 minutes of your cooking time!
- Be patient:)
- Once finished and served we topped ours with some marble cheese but that is optional 🙂
